Treckme is a WhatsApp-first operations platform for property teams. We process data to run bookings, check-in/out, tasks, guest services, billing, and follow-ups. This Privacy Policy explains our practices.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to visitors of our website, users of Treckme (hosts, owners, managers, staff), and to guest data that our customers upload or manage inside Treckme to operate their properties.
2. Data we collect
A. Account and business information
Name, email, phone number, role (owner/manager/staff), property/company details, and settings you configure.
B. Operational data you add to Treckme
Bookings, guest details you store (such as guest name and contact details), check-in/out information, tasks, orders (food/services), billing totals, invoices, and messages/notes linked to operations.
C. WhatsApp and messaging data
When you connect WhatsApp or use WhatsApp-first workflows, Treckme may process message content, timestamps, delivery status, and related identifiers to deliver messages and automate actions.
D. Usage and device data
Log data such as pages/screens viewed, feature usage, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and error logs.
E. Payments and billing
If you purchase credits or paid services, we may process billing details such as invoices, payment status, and transaction references. Payment card/bank details are typically handled by payment processors, not stored directly by Treckme.
3. How we use your data
We use data to:
- Provide and operate Treckme (bookings, tasks, guest services, billing, notifications).
- Send operational communications (WhatsApp messages, alerts, reminders, links, and updates).
- Power automation and AI features (for example, turning messages into actions).
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and security.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI and automated processing
Treckme may use AI to understand commands, detect intent, and help automate workflows. Depending on your configuration and usage, this may involve processing parts of messages and operational context to produce actions and recommendations. We do not want sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for operations.
5. How we share data
We may share data with:
- Service providers (sub-processors) that help us run Treckme (hosting, storage, analytics, messaging/WhatsApp delivery, customer support, and AI providers).
- Your organization (admins and authorized users) as part of normal team operations.
- Legal and safety partners when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud/abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. If we ever run marketing/ads integrations, we will disclose it here.
6. Data retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide Treckme, meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type (for example, invoices vs. message logs).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls to safeguard data. Access is limited to authorized personnel. No system is 100% secure; please avoid sharing passwords or highly sensitive information over chat unless necessary.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request:
- Access, correction, or deletion of personal data (subject to legal/operational limits).
- Export of certain account or operational data, where available.
- Help updating your WhatsApp and notification preferences (where applicable).
If you are a guest of a property using Treckme, your request may be routed to the property/operator who controls the booking and guest data.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in different countries. When we transfer data, we take steps to apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10. Children
Treckme is intended for business users and property operations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authorization.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
