This page outlines credit purchases, cancellations, and refund rules.

Treckme pricing is based on credits. Unless otherwise stated in writing, 1 credit = 1 booking.

1. Credits and pricing

Credits are prepaid units used to process bookings in Treckme. The price per credit is shown at the time of purchase (for example, ₹25 per credit).

Credits may be offered in different bundles. Any discounts, expiries, or promotional terms will be shown during checkout or in your agreement.

2. Cancellations

You can stop using Treckme at any time. If you have remaining credits, they stay on your account subject to any expiry terms communicated at purchase or in your contract.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be approved in limited situations, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges for the same purchase.
  • Confirmed billing errors.
  • Other cases required by applicable law.

Unless required by law, used credits are non-refundable. In many cases, unused credits are also non-refundable because they represent prepaid usage (unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase).

4. How to request a refund

Email us with your account email/phone, purchase reference, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional details to verify the transaction.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider/bank.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help. Chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the dispute is investigated.
